Communication is KEY!

com·mu·ni·ca·tion[kuh-myoo-ni-key-shuhn]:

1. The act or process of communicating; fact of being communicated.

2. The imparting or interchange of thoughts, opinions, or information by speech, writing, or signs.
3. Something imparted, interchanged, or transmitted.
4. A document or message imparting news, views, information, etc.
5. Passage, or an opportunity or means of passage, between places.
6. communications,
           a. means of sending messages, orders, etc., including telephone, telegraph, radio, and television.
           b. routes and transportation for moving troops and supplies from a base to an area of operations.

Just some food for thought...

Always keep the lines of communication OPEN and flowing between you and your brides/clients.  Without it things could go tragically on the day of your event. Not only that but the expectation that your bride/client has of you will more then likely not be what they want/expected.

Brides/Clients believe us when we say we know that stress is inevitable when it comes to planning any event.  Keep in mind that when you hire a planner/coordinator that means you've decided to hire an experienced,  professional personal assitant to guide you and help you in EVERYTHING that you need pertaining to your special event.  That means you don't have to tackle everything/project on your own.  COMMUNICATE with your planner/coordinator/designer of your event and you'll see that things will go so much more smoothly for you and for your planner/coordinator/designer.

If you choose not to communicate effectively with your planner/coordinator/designer of your event, you'll see that things will just not happen the way YOU would have wanted them to happen on your special event day.  No need to blame your planner/coordinator/designer if that happens. COMMUNICATE and everything will go as planned.
