Always keep the lines of communication OPEN and flowing between you and your brides/clients. Without it things could go tragically on the day of your event. Not only that but the expectation that your bride/client has of you will more then likely not be what they want/expected.

No need to blame your planner/coordinator/designer if that happens. COMMUNICATE and everything will go as planned.
